Personalize
Before we begin designing any project, we think it’s necessary to do some discovery work to obtain a clear understanding of your business and the goals you wish to achieve. From there we identify the design challenge, and attempt to personalize the solution to best fit the organizational initiatives. We’ll discuss your requirements for the project and identify exactly who your target audience is and what information needs to be communicated to them. Our major goal in this stage is to have a solid understanding of your vision and expectations for the project on all levels and from there personalize our design to enhance your organization.
Design
This is where our raw talent is shown. Our talented designers will create concept designs for your project. Once you have given us the approval to proceed with your concept we will thoroughly explore our creative solutions to your design and identify the aspects that will make your concept an effective final product. We will provide 2 solid design concepts for you to choose from. We will present our ideas to you for you to critique and approve.
Develop
Once we have a concept and have designed the layout, we are ready to implement the clients content. This is the stage where Designing Digitally Inc. is able to firm up the placement of content, while developing the interface, navigation, and design aspects needed to create your concept. This phase is where the piece will be functional, objects and content are placed strategically and where the final modifications will take place. Once we have received the sign off on the design for your project we will then move on to our final stage.
Deliver
Once we have had an internal Quality Assurance (QA) on your project, and we have finalized all details it is time for you to approve the project. Once you have signed off on the final project we will then transfer the project to either the web server, print studio, or to you depending on the scope of work and terms of agreement. If necessary, we may need to conduct training or instruction on how to maintain various areas of the design to ensure you are aware of how the technical process works.
