Game Programmer / MMO Server Administrator

Instructional Designer for WBT's
Do you enjoy creating storyboards for learning? We're looking for an instructional designer who is experienced in developing web-based courses. You must have an understanding of how to create web-based training. Instructional Design and Instructional Technology experience is required. You should be familiar with ISDN standards and the ADDIE model. For this position, we're hiring people who possess:

• Instructional Design educational and industry experience - must have samples of work
• Ability to meet with clients and SME's via email, calls, and in person
• Experience with development of training/learning objectives and content analysis
• Experience developing audio & visual storyboards based on ISDN standards
• Skills with quality assurance of storyboard & WBT modules
• Effective use the ADDIE model to develop WBT's
