What kind of graphic design services do you provide?

Our graphic design services are varied and comprehensive. We provide logo design, brochure design, illustrations, graphics for web sites, direct mail design, marketing, stationery – including business card, letterhead, envelope, mailing label, and presentation folder design, and any other printing your business may require. What do you charge for your graphic design services?

Prices depend on many variants but you can be sure that the money you're paying is for high quality, professional work. You won't find our professionalism, and attention to detail with some of our competitors. What types of payment do you accept?

We accept business checks, personal checks, and money orders. Usually our payment schedule is set into 1/3rds through our 12 step Designing Digitally Inc. program. What is the client's involvement in the design process?

We thoroughly discuss the project at hand with our client from the beginning. We encourage the client to bring in any samples, color combinations/swatches, and ideas they may have. During the design process, the client is asked to approve certain milestones before work continues. At the conclusion of a project, the client may request the artwork in various formats. How do I check on the progress of my job during the design process?

The client is kept abreast of the progress of their job through our 12 step approval process. We present the project to the client at certain stages, or milestones, and will halt for approval before we continue work with the project. We find that this process keeps the client involved and prevents any breakdowns in communication. In between these milestones, the client is free to call in to get an update at any time. How will I receive my design project once it is finished?

A finished project is yours upon receipt of final payment. At your request, we will supply the electronic files to you on CD, DVD, Web, or through e-mail. Who owns the copyright for work Designing Digitally, Inc. has done for me?

Copyright is yours upon receipt of final payment. We do, however, reserve the right to use any work for promotional purposes. We feel every client is individual so we do not use any of the same material for any client. We are a custom design studio that tailors your needs with your visions. How does your logo design process work?

We first discuss the client's needs, target market, and uses for this logo. We then ask for samples of existing logos that the client likes and/or dislikes to obtain an idea of the style desired. Some clients will have a design concept in mind, while others have no idea what they need. Either way, our designers ensure they've collected all information from the client prior to developing a concept. Our logo design service is very flexible and is personal to you from the beginning of the process. I need something designed yesterday. Can you help me?

We can usually accommodate your rush job depending on how full our production schedule is. To be fair to other clients, if a job in production is interrupted by a rush job, it will be an increased price due to the short turn around time. For more information about our services please contact us.
