Job Description : Sales Associate

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative that is self-driven and ready to make an impact at our organization. The Sales Associate works closely with office leadership to implement conduct and spearhead inside and outside sales along with supporting programs and to nurture outbound and inbound leads. You will be selling custom online training solutions to the largest brands in the world.

Job Responsiblities

  • Communicate with the largest business in the world, targeting their training departments
  • Conduct sales presentations online through the use of web technologies supplied by DDINC
  • Support the office proposal process as directed, including writing and coordinating pitch documents
  • Align our services to the needs of the target demographic
  • Sell custom online training to large corporations through email, phone, desktop shares, and face to face meetings
  • Maintain and work the company conference booth and industry conferences
  • Support the current social network strategy by actively being involved in Social Media
  • Maintain the office pipeline report in collaboration with office leadership
  • Coordinate office participation in the firm’s client interview/survey process
  • Write proposals for consultative and development scopes of work
  • Thrives on results and has great interpersonal and administrative skills
  • Cold calling and emailing of potential clients to establish a rapport and/or brand awareness
  • Additional sales related duties as needed such as but not limited to, assisting with marketing efforts, setup and tear down of conference booths, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of an Associates degree in sales, marketing, communications, business or a related field required
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience; professional services experience preferred
  • Self-directed professional with strong interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinker with solid project management capabilities
  • Strong verbal and presentation skills
  • Client service oriented (both internal and external)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Efficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Google Docs)
  • Familiar with a CRM and The Consultative Sales Processes


This is an on-site position only without relocation assistance. Location: Franklin, OH (between Cincinnati and Dayton)
