The solution

In response, Designing Digitally and Checkers & Rally’s crafted the Drive-Thru Drama Customer Service Training with a unique social media theme. Tailored to resonate with their young workforce (16-24 years old), the training adopts a YouTube playlist format. Learners judge employee performances in simulated customer service scenarios using emojis, hashtags, and star ratings. A lively voice actor provides insightful commentary, complemented by humorous captions and photos.

The Impact

The training not only imparts the guest recovery process but instills a deeper understanding of the importance of respectful customer interactions, steering clear of Drive-Thru Drama.
